Aerial photo taken on Jan. 12, 2020 shows a non-freezing river at a scenic spot in in Huzhong District, Dahinggan, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. Huzhong District is one of the coldest places in China, located at the northern foot of Yilehuli Mountain in Dahinggan.
